Steve Colby is a national and international award-winning director and cinematographer who has worked out of Atlanta, Georgia, for more than two decades. His various projects have taken him to 47 of the 50 states, in addition to dozens of countries around the world. At one point he relocated to New York during his career, but ultimately returned to Georgia. Steve Colby established Pogo Pictures in 1999 and has spent nearly 30 years transforming Pogo into one of the region’s most accomplished commercial production businesses.

Steve Colby’s interests include photography and raising goats. One of his Nigerian dwarf goats, Moose, starred in a commercial he filmed for Doritos, which was recognized as the favorite Super Bowl commercial in 2013 and ranks among the top 50 most popular Super Bowl commercials of all time.

Steve Colby is a board member and president of the organization Bridge to Recovery. He oversees the nonprofit’s services for people recovering from childhood traumas. In the past, he served on the board of CARE and helped design a youth program that enabled teenagers from diverse backgrounds to travel the world, engaging in experiential learning opportunities and sharing these experiences with others.
